Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that all items should be returned in the condition in which they were received. Be sure to include all original product labels/cards/boxes along with your return. Please note that returns for items that are not in their original condition may either be refused or subject to a restocking fee up to 15% of the value of the item.

We want you to be confident in your purchasing decision and are pleased to offer effortless risk-free US returns on all stock items. Should you desire to return an item, just place the complimentary USPS return shipping label that was included with your order securely to your package, and leave the package in your mailbox for your postal carrier to pick up during their regular route.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your package and processed the return. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Returns are typically processed the same day as they are received. Please note that it may take 2 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card account depending on the processing speed of your credit card company. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless you received an incorrect or damaged item.
