What forms of payment do you accept?

You may complete your online purchase using any major credit card or by an electronic payment made through Paypal, Shop pay

 Is my personal information secure?

Yes! When you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows you to make an online purchase through our website. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify temporarily stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you are welcome to place an order without registering for an account. Should you wish to create a customer account, we will conveniently store your contact, shipping, and billing information for ease of use on future orders. We’ll give you the option to create a free account upon reaching checkout.

I created an account, but have forgotten my username or password, now what?

No worries...Simply click the login reset link and you’ll be presented with the steps to quickly regain access to your account.

May I place an order by phone?

Sorry, at this time we are not accepting phone orders.  

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

We are required by law to charge state and local taxes for orders shipped within the State of Tennessee Items shipped to all other US states and territories are exempt from sales tax. 

I'm trying to add additional items to my cart, but I'm not able to do so. What's happening?

Our cart inventory system will only allow you to add up to the maximum quantity that we currently have in stock for any particular item. We've intentionally put this stop-gap in place to avoid the disappointment of inadvertently purchasing out of stock/back-ordered items. If you would like to place an order for a quantity that is greater than the amount in our current inventory for any particular item, please contact so that we may provide you with an availability estimate for the quantity that you wish to purchase.

How do I know that my order has been successfully received and processed?

Immediately after placing your order online you will receive an order confirmation through the email address or SMS text phone number that was provided with your order. The order confirmation will provide you the details of your purchase. We will send a second email or text once your order has been packaged and prepared for shipment. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please be sure to check your junk mail folder. If the order confirmation email is not found within your junk mail folder, please email us at raziela@razielazimman.com and we'll be happy to verify your email address and re-send the order confirmation.
